NOTES:
1) Defeating the Giant Sahagin (Boss) is really more simple than it seems:
    When he rushes you, strafe and hit him with a fireball, as soon as he stops move in and stab
    him with your sword. He'll do a spinning kick when you get too close, be ready to step back.
    Repeat this pattern until he falls and gives you the Ring of Insight.
2) After you obtain the Fire Key (from the Iron Mill) you will have access to areas 4 & 5.
    However by that time, the items found there are NOT really worth your time.
