Chad will trade you the Crystal Vial for it. 2) Use 'Fireball or Wind Cutter' to shoot down the Dragon Crystal, or you can return later once you get the bow. 3) The door that leads into the Catacombs is covered with cobwebs. To gain access, burn them with a Fireball.
